Data storage & sync
Without an account, your data stays in this browser as a trial. After signing in, your data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored in a cloud database, syncing across your devices; cloud data is protected by row-level security — only your account can access it.
Account & password
Sign in with Google, Apple, or email & password (authentication hosted by Supabase). Your password is only used to verify identity and can be changed or reset via email at any time; plaintext passwords are never stored on our servers.
Your data, your control
Your data belongs to you: export everything (plain JSON) from Settings anytime, clear this device's cache (cloud data unaffected), or sign out (all local data and traces removed).
Analytics
To improve the product, we collect limited anonymous usage statistics: page visits and behavior events such as sign-ups, habit creation, check-ins, and sync status. Statistics never include your email, password, habit content, or reflections, and cannot identify you personally. Processed by PostHog and Cloudflare over HTTPS.
Opting out
To opt out entirely, visit in a private browsing window or block the analytics domains (us.i.posthog.com and static.cloudflareinsights.com) at the browser level. An in-app toggle is planned.
