The Service
Here · 在此 ("the Service") is a habit and goal tracking tool, available as a web app and installable app. The free plan includes every feature; a Pro subscription unlocks unlimited goals and habits. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, please stop using it.
Accounts
Full features require an account (email & password, Google, or Apple sign-in). Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime in Settings; the account and its cloud data are removed together.
Subscription & payment
Pro subscriptions are billed per the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. The price shown at checkout applies, charged in USD. Payments are collected and processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record; Creem appears on your bank statement.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime under Manage subscription in Settings — access continues to the end of the current billing period, with no further charges. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll process it through Creem.
Acceptable use
Please don't abuse the Service, including (but not limited to): automated bulk registration, disrupting operations, circumventing paid limits, or unauthorized data scraping. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Changes to the Service
We keep improving the Service and may add, adjust, or discontinue features; we'll announce major changes in advance when possible. If you disagree with a change, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable and your data safe, but we're not liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party service failures (payments, cloud, etc.). When problems come up, we'll do our best to help.
